Since finally making Barbados my home in 2011, I have had the opportunity to work with many establishments and institutions in the area of dance and theatre including the Barbados Community College, UWI, Dance Strides, Barbados Dance Project, and PowerHouse Studios to name but a few.

I started my dance training in the UK at the prestigious Ballet Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance and gained a Master of Arts at Middlesex University in Dance technique Pedagogy.

During my extensive career in performing arts, I have taught and choreographed in countries all over the world including Italy, Brazil, Ethiopia, Indonesia, Spain and Germany. 

In Berlin I was chosen to lead a project with 250 children, adults and senior citizens with the esteemed Sir Simon Rattle and the world-renowned Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra.

I gained valuable experience when I assisted in the creation of a dance school and then Company in Ethiopia (Adugna Dance, the company is now called Destino).

As Artistic Director for the ground-breaking company Dance United, over 5 years, I developed programs for marginalised young people and young people at risk, including those incarcerated and those living in difficult environments.

My choreographic work has been performed on the world-renowned Saddlers Wells Stage in London in addition to the Unicorn Arts Theatre in London’s West End.
